First Session:
• We start with a detailed history and an assessment of your body’s structure.
• A short stretching session on the massage table helps identify areas of restriction and imbalance.
• You’ll be given an activity to notice your body’s response to the stretches, pain and emotional patterns.
• You’ll receive a few self-stretches to practice at home.
Follow-Up Sessions (40 minutes):
• A full stretch session tailored to your needs.
• Additional self-stretches and “homework” to help you identify movement, emotion and tension patterns.
• Continued guidance to deepen your awareness and improve long-term flexibility and mobility.
